Section 02 Granular On-Device Architecture
My Daily Tool (iOS & Web)
All agendas, habits, caloric logs, and personal challenges reside locally in an encrypted SQLite database inside the iOS App Sandbox. Optional cloud synchronization utilizes Apple CloudKit with end-to-end encryption. BFS Development LLC holds no private encryption keys, hosts no intermediate web database, and cannot decrypt your planner entries.

Bar Crawl Golf (BCG iOS & Web)
Tournament rounds, hole scores, and course routes are designed for real-time play. Location coordinates are polled strictly on-demand to compute bearing and distance to venues; background location breadcrumbs are never recorded. Game sessions and temporary leaderboards are stored in isolated Supabase rows protected by Row-Level Security (RLS).

Greek Stack
Fraternal chapter rosters, rush voting ballots, and operational dues are segregated using tenant-isolated PostgreSQL schemas. Data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256. Chapter information is never pooled or shared across campus boundaries.

Inside My Daily Tool and Bar Crawl Golf, tap Settings → Account → Delete Account. This executes a cascading cryptographic purge of all synced records within 60 seconds.
